Silence is something that is near and dear to my heart.... my own life experience with extended silence and solitude has brought profound and life transforming gifts. And paradoxically I can (and like to) talk about Silence a lot. Coincidentally, Rumi also talked about silence a lot and apparently when some asked him "Why is it that you talk about silence so much?" His response was "The radiant one within has not spoken a single word." So today I want to share a poem re Silence.
